We try to deliver in 24-48H from the dispatch of the order but the deadlines can be abrround:

- Rest of Spain: From 3 to 7 business days.
- International: From 5 to 15 working days.
Free standard shipping and return for purchases over €75 with delivery in mainland Spain, or for €100 if delivery is in the Balearic Islands.
Purchases of less than €75, the shipping price varies depending on the volume and weight, but is usually around €6.00 for shipments in the peninsula and about €10.00 for the Balearic Islands.

You can hire your own transport or ask us to organize a collection. The process is the same and it is very easy:

The refund will be made in the same form of payment that you used for your purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
All returned items must be shipped in their original condition and packaging, including labels. For example, shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Please don't paste anything on the box / original product
For hygiene and safety reasons, especially now, there are certain items that cannot be returned:

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

What happens after the return period?
We do not accept returns of items after the deadline (14 days from the delivery date). If you are trying to make a return after these deadlines, we may have to send it back to your shipping address asking you to cover shipping costs.
